Our Process

We run the build in stages: layout and excavation, steel, rough plumbing, the gunite shell, tile and coping, deck, interior finish, and startup. The shell is shot at the right consistency and cured properly, the plumbing is pressure-tested before backfill, and the ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 main drain and NEC 680.26 bonding grid go in as we build. We pull the Maricopa County permit and hold startup until the barrier inspection passes.
